Coconut Chutney ( Kobbari Pachadi )


Ideal with hot rice.

Ingredients :

1 cup coconut pieces
6-7 green chilli
1/4 cup corriander leaves
1 tsp cumin seeds
1-2 tsp ginger pieces
pinch of tamarind
1 tsp chana dal
1 tsp urad dal
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 dry red chilli
salt
oil

Preparation :-

1)Grind coconut pieces,green chilli,corrainder leaves,cumin seeds,ginger pieces,tamarind,salt to a fine paste.

2)Heat a pan,Add oil for tempering,Add dry chilli,chana dal,urad dal,mustard seeds and let the mustard seeds splutter.

3)Add curry leaves and fry for half a minute and add coconut paste ,mix well.

4)Turn off and Serve.
