Ideal for Hot Rice/Roti.
Ingredients :200 gms chikkudu kaya (Broad Beans) - break each one into two pieces
2 big Tomato
1 big Onion
2 green chilli
curry leaves
1/2 tsp chana dal
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp corriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
salt
oil
Preparation :-
1)Heat a pan, add about 2 tsp oil for frying.Add mustard seeds,cumin seeds,chana dal and let the mustard seeds splutter.
2)Add curry leaves,chopped green chilli,chopped onion and fry till onion become transperant.
3)Add broad beans and fry for 5-6 mts.
4)Now add chopped tomato and fry for 2-3 mts.Now add cumin powder,corrainder powder,salt and fry for one more minute.
5)Add 1 cup of water,red chilli powder,adjust the salt and cook it untill broadbeand changes its color.You can take look at the picture.If you need come more water add it....Finally let the curry almost dry and turn off the heat.
6)Serve hot.
