Great Yummy Recipe especially when you eat with some rice and dal...Try it out....
Ingredients :
1 Big Egg Plant - cut into round slices of 1/2 inch wide
1 tsp corrainder powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/6 tsp turmeric powder
salt
Oil
Preparation :-
1)Mix corrainder powder,cumin powder,salt,turmeric,red chilli powder and apply this mixture to sliced eggplant on both sides.
2)Heat a wide nonstick pan ,add about 2-3 tsp oil ,spread the added oil all over the pan and add coated eggplant pieces to the pan.Make sure all the pieces should touch the pan.
3) Please maintain medium heat otherwise the spices added to eggplant gets burned.After some time turn the pieces to other side and cook.The cooking process takes about 10-15 minutes.
4)Turn off heat and server with rice and dal.
