Veg Fried Noodles




Ingredients :

2 packets Maggi Noodles
One Big onion
Vegetables(Cabbage ,Carrot,French Beans),you can add you favourite veggie
Green Peas
Corn(Optional)
Chill Sauce or Garlic Chilli Sauce
Soya Sauce
2 small green chilli
Pinch of Ajinomoto
curry leaves
Oil

Preparation :-

1)Boil a pan with 3-4 cups of water and add noodles to it.Let it boil for about 5 min and drain the water from noodles.Don't overcook otherwise noodles get mashed up.

2)Heat a pan ,add oil.Now add chopped green chilli,chopped onion.Fry the onion till it becomes transluent.

3)Now add green peas,corn and fry for 2 minutes.Add Curry Leaves.

4)Add chopped vegetables except cabbage to the pan and toss them for about 5 min.Add salt.Add chopped cabbage and don't cook otherwise it looses crunchy taste.

5)Add Ajinomoto,chilli sauce,1/2 cap of soya sauce.The amount of sauce depends on your taste.Adjust the salt.

6)Now add the drained ,cooked noodle and mix it well in the pan.A minute before you switch off add Maggi masala powder available in the packets and mix it well.

7)Turn off the heat and serve hot with onion/sauce.
