Breakfast Recipe
Ingredients :
Dosa batter - 4 cups
Onion (finely chopped) - 2
Green chillies (finely chopped) - 6
Coriander Leaves 1/2 cup
curry leaves 1/4 cup
Chopped Ginger (optional) - 1 tsp
Oil for frying
Salt to taste
Preparation :-
1)Take dosa batter add chopped onion,green chillies,curry leaves,chopped ginger(optional),salt to taste.
2)Heat tawa ,sprinkle 1/2 tsp oil then Pour out mixed dosa batter on tawa to your required thickness.
3)Sprinkle the sliced onion and chopped corriander leaves evenly. Pour a tablespoon of oil round the dosa . Turn over the other side and allow to cook.
4) Serve hot.
