Okra Pakoda




Try this once.....You just love preparing it again n again....especially to guests......


Ingredients :


250 gms Okra (Bendakaya)
3 green chilli
1/2 cup cashew nuts
1 tsp cumin seeds
curry leaves
3-4 tsp vinegar
3/4 to 1 cup Besan(according to your taste)
1 tsp red chilli
salt
Oil for deep frying


Preparation :-


1)Cross Cut Okra (Bendakaya) into 1/2 inch pieces.See the picture you can better understand.


2)Add cumind seeds,chopped green chilli,chopped curry leaves,cashew nuts,salt,red chilli powder,vinegar.Mix it well.


3)Wait for 2 mts.Now add besan (senagapindi) to the mixture.Add few drops of water if required,Don't add too much water that spoil your preparation.


4)Heat oil in a pan for deep frying,Once hot add the mixture to it,Let them turn to brown color.remove from pan and spread on tissue paper which absorbs the excess oil.


5)Serve it.
