Majjiga Charu



Ideal with Rice.

Ingredients :

2 cups sour curd
2 medium sized onion
2 green chilli
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
curry leaves
pinch of turmeric
Salt
2 tsp Oil

Procedure :-

1)Heat a vessel ,add oil to it.Add mustard seeds,cumin seeds and let the mustard seeds splutter.

2)Add turmeric and let it fry in oil for a half a minute ,otherwise it won't leave the smell.

3)Add curry leaves,chopped onion,chopped green chilli,Toss it untill onion gets brown in color.

4)Now add curd .If you don't like it thick consistency add water to your required consistency.

5)Add salt to your taste ,mix well and turn off the heat.Serve with Rice.
