Capsicum Tomoto Chutney




Ideal for hot rice,Dosa,Idly.

Ingredients :

2-3 medium sized capsicum (I have choosen red and yellow capsicum...u can choose ur choice)
2 medium sized tomoto
4-5 green chilli
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp corriander powder
2 garlic cloves chopped
1 tsp mustard seeds
curry leaves
corriander leaves
salt
oil

Preparation :-

1)Heat a pan,add oil for frying.

2)Add mustard seeds,cumin seeds to the pan and let the mustard seeds splutter.

3)Now add green chilli,curry leaves,corriander powder,chopped garlic cloves and fry for a minute.

4)Add chopped capsicum,diced tomoto and close the lid..Let it cook until it gets soft.

5)Add salt.Turn off the heat.

6)Let the mixture become cool and make it to a fine paste.Garnish with corriander leaves and serve with rice/dosa/idly.
