Ideal for rice.very easy and fast recipe.
Ingredients :
10-12 long green chilli(don't choose spicy)
250 gms gram flour(sangapindi)
1 tsp cumin seeds
10-12 tsp oil
salt to taste
Preparation :-
1) Take gram flour(sengapindi) in a vessel, add cumin seeds,5-6 tsp oil,salt to taste.The amount of oil plays vital role in this recipe. Mix it finely.keep it aside.
2)make slits to the green chilli ,and stuff them with half of the mixture prepared.
3) Heat a pan ,add about 5-6 tsp oil and add stuffed green chill to the pan.Simmer the heat otherwise chill gets burned and gram flour won't be cooked properly.
4)Cover the pan to cook it.Take the remaining mixture and add some water to it.After the chilli cooked for about 8-10 mts, pour the mixture added with water.
5)Let it cook for more 10 mts untill the gram flour becomes dry.Turn off the heat and server with rice.

please can you post the other recieps wchich used to do with tamarind and with masala like (guttonkaya curry ).my mother used to do that curry i love that curry.
